Handling charge
A 50 pence handling charge will be added to the total price for all transactions on this web site. This charge is added to the total shown in your "Shopping Basket" and will be shown on the checkout page.
Delivery
Tickets ordered more than 5 working days before the event will normally be dispatched within 24 hours by Royal Mail to the address you supplied on the checkout page. When the tickets are dispatched you will receive notification by email to the email address you supplied on the checkout page.
Tickets ordered less than 5 working days before the event will be retained for collection on your arrival at the event. If you prefer to collect tickets earlier they will be available from the Sedbergh Tourist Information Centre.
When collecting tickets you must provide a suitable means of identification, preferably a copy of the email we will have sent you confirming the order. We reserve the right to refuse to issue tickets if you cannot provide suitable means of identification.
Cancellations
You may cancel your tickets up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund of the ticket price, excluding any handling and shipping charge. If tickets have already been issued to you they must be returned before a refund can be made. Where tickets are being held by us awaiting collection you should contact us to request a refund.
In the event of any event being cancelled by us we will make a full refund of the cost of the tickets and any handling charge.
If your tickets qualified you to take advantage of any special offer then we will deduct the value of the offer from any refund if you would not have qualified for the offer as a result of not purchasing the tickets. This does not apply if the refund is made as a result of us cancelling the event.
Sedbergh Booktown Ltd cannot accept any liability for any other costs incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of any event being cancelled.
